Join an amazing, professional interior design studio as an Administrative Coordinator! You will be a brand ambassador and an administrative operator - keeping clients happy and schedules organized for the design team!This is a dynamic, think-on-your-feet position that will allow you to hone your skills of organization and customer service. You will collaborate with the sales team and provide top-notch service to our high-end clientele. This is an exciting administrative position in a creative environment! Join our team as an Administrative Coordinator today!Our studio is located in Norwell, MA and this is a 100% on-site, full-time position.What You'll Get:

What You'll Do:

  • Assist and greet walk-in clients - you will be the face of our company!
  • You will manage scheduling of all in-home consultations and answer questions about our product offerings with our clients- this will be done in-person, over the phone, and through email
  • Provide support to leads that come in - promote products and services to ensure a sales pipeline for the team
  • Run reports and track leads to keep leads and project running smoothly 
  • Organize showroom and displays making sure they are clean and up-to-date along with other administrative duties

What You'll Bring:

  • 2 years experience in administration, scheduling and customer service
  • Experience and proficiency with Google Workspace, Quickbooks, Microsoft Office
  • Excited about working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment 
  • Love the details - staying organized and communicating to your team and clients
